Join us for this inspiring weekend, where Tom & Alane Waters from Restoration International will guide us in deepening our relationship with Christ — within our families, marriages, and other relationships. With their extensive experience at family camps, workshops, and coaching worldwide, Tom & Alane share practical insights on how to keep Christ at the center of our daily lives. This year, we are blessed to have them with us, and we look forward to growing together!

Doe mee met dit boeiende weekend waarin Tom & Alane Waters van Restoration International hun kennis met ons delen over het versterken van het gezin, het huwelijk en relaties in Christus. Dit jaar is onze camp meeting vooral gericht op het versterken van de relatie met Christus; in onze relaties, in het huwelijk en in het gezin, en dat gaan we doen samen met Tom & Alane Waters van Restoration International. Tom & Alane delen hun kennis internationaal op familiekampen, tijdens workshops en coaching sessies, en dit jaar zijn ze bij ons. Daarnaast maken we kort kennis met het curriculum van SEM voor thuisonderwijs, voor dié gezinnen die thuisonderwijs geven.

Christian Education & the core family
Within the theme Christ in the heart & in the family, this year we will mainly focus on the practical implementation of the restoration of God’s image within relationships and the family. Especially, how do you pass this on to your children? Mastering Jesus’ method, also to pass it on to others, so that they in turn can master it and pass it on to others. We do this with the blessed support of Tom & Alane.

Practical information
Het thema van vorig jaar was karaktervorming. Dit jaar gaan we ons richten op de praktische invulling van het herstel van Gods evenbeeld in onszelf en elkaar. Het eigen maken van Jezus’ methode om door te geven aan anderen, zodat zij het op hun beurt weer eigen kunnen maken en door kunnen geven aan anderen.

Practical information
Camping
You bring your own tent and camping gear for the overnight stays. There is a toilet room with free use of toilets and showers. There is a gathering room and a dining room, and there are picnic tables on the grounds. There is also a kitchen where meals will be prepared by volunteers. There is no possibility to cook yourself on site.
Accomodation
You can also spend the night in De Fontein’s house. This house has 8 rooms and an attic room, and 4 bathrooms. The rooms vary in size and number of beds.
Meals
Because there is no possibility to cook on site (even in the accomodation), we will provide all meals. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. All vegetarian. There is water available in the toilet area, and we also request that you bring enough to drink.
Dates
The camp meeting is from Tuesday, April 29 to Sunday, May 4, 2025. The program starts on Tuesday at 5:00 PM, but you are welcome to pitch your tent from 1:00 PM. The program lasts until Sunday afternoon at approximately 3:00 PM.

To keep this weekend as accessible as possible, everything is based on cost price, which allows us to keep costs low. You can choose the following registration options:

The camp meeting 2025 is on the grounds of De Fontein Water purification, Grevenberg 11 in Wachtum (Province of Drenthe). This is a private area, made available for this camp weekend. We feel blessed.
FAQ
After registration you will receive a confirmation email with information and payment details (payment is made via bank transfer). Your registration is only final after receipt of your payment.
You should receive a confirmation email immediately after registering. Please also check your spam box or any other non-primary inboxes. If you did not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, something may have gone wrong with your registration. In this case, please be so kind to send us an email via eindtijdvoorbereidingen@gmail.com so we can check your registration to ensure your registration as well as you receiving a confirmation.
We request that you transfer the registration fee within 14 days after registration (and no later than April 1, 2025). A registration is only complete after receipt of your payment. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to receive a refund after April 1, 2025.
The program starts every day at 8:00 AM with breakfast. Tom & Alane’s sessions start every day after breakfast around 10:00 AM. The sessions continue until approximately 8:00 PM. In between we eat meals together and take an occasional break. After the program there is room to spent time together.
You are free to participate as you please during the camp meeting. You know best what suits you or your family. The sessions with Tom & Alane are coordinated, so you will get the most out of the weekend if you participate in as many joint sessions as possible.
Yes, you are very welcome! Denomination is not an issue, this camp meeting is all about being together in Christ.
Already being a Christian is not absolutely necessary. But it is important, that you are sincerely interested in the gospel and in Christ, that you are actively looking for God and want to have a relationship with Him. It is also important that you know the gospel and therefore know Christ, and that you are familiar with the Bible as a whole, with the word of God.
Because there is no possibility to cook yourself on site, we provide all meals. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. All vegetarian.
The camp meeting will be held on the grounds of De Fontein Water Purification Company, Grevenberg 11 in Wachtum. We will be guests on their property.
Two languages will be spoken. Dutch and English. The sessions of Tom & Alane will be in English. There will be someone on site at each session to provide translation.
